Return of goods of good quality is carried out within 14 days after receipt at the expense of the buyer. The point is that the goods should not be in use. If the goods are delivered damaged or are already used, the Seller has the right not to return money for the goods.
Refunds (subject to the buyer’s compliance with the requirements of the law on the return of goods) are carried out no later than 10 days from the receipt of the relevant requirement by the seller. Refund is subject to the amount paid by the buyer for the goods, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods.
Important! In case of refusal or non-receipt of the parcel at the post office, subsequent orders are issued only on prepayment in full, and the sum of the cost of returning the unpaid parcel is added to the order amount. The customer has the right to open and make sure that his order is available at the post office before receiving the parcel, but if for any reason he refuses the order, he must bear the cost of returning the goods to the store.
